Silvio Kotarac began his professional career as a financial analyst at Interbanka in 1994. In 1995 he joined the asset management department of Česká pojišťovna. He joined CAIB Securities in 1995 to become an equity trader and later became head of equity sales & trading. He joined Patria Finance in January 2003 as Head of Equity Trading.

Viktor Reischig has worked in Patria Finance as an equity sales trader since December 2002. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University, Prague, completing a major in economics and an academic degree in civil engineer. At the same time he successfully completed higher educational school, major management and economics in hospitality. He began his professional career with the Prague office of Deloitte & Touche, in their management consulting department. Mr. Reischig became a part of the Patria Finance team in 2002 with a focus on special operations.
